I purchased a chip from someone off the BB. It has been 2 weeks and no package. I paid for the chip via check and this person has cashed it. I'm not saying that this person did not mail it,as he sent me an e-mail when he mailed it, but I have have not received the chip in the mail and I assume its in PO heaven.

Should the person selling the chip be responsible for a refund? This person does not have another one to resend as it was a rare chip, for me anyway.

How much longer would you wait?
