Norman,
I agree with Glenn. If you are going to use binders, keep your chips in the flips, I recommend 2 1/2 flips (inserting chip is easier and the 2 1/2 will accept a variety of sizes). If you take the chips out of the flips and then insert them into the casino chip binders unprotected, the red chips (and perhaps others) will bleed into the binders pages. I recently converted my chip collection from binders to flips. Nearly half of my binder pages and red dye on them.
