It was at 3 First Avenue, Proviso Township, which is usually called Maywood these days. This location is near the railroad tracks. Doesn't seem to be anything there anymore.
They received some hefty fines for gambling in 1949. There were about 300 gambling spots that were fined over the same period, and this was one of the 2 biggest fines. That's including the more well known spots in Cicero and Calumet City. Maybe they just didn't have the right "protection" in place.
Other than that and the chip sales, not much is known about this place.
