Imperial Empress chips are fron a defunct cruise to nowhere gambling boat operating as Royal Empress Cruise Lines out of Port Manatee and Miami. The chips are pretty, and go for a few bucks each on eBay. I don't have the statistics, but the $1 treasure chest and 50c beach chair seem to be somewhat less common the than $5 thru $500. There is also a metal slot token (upper right) with a colored sticker looking like the $1 treasure chest chip inlaid. I'm not sure who manufactured the token, but the chips are all Chipco.
