DOES ANYONE KNOW...

...what these chips are?

My father recently passed away and I found two $100 chips in his things. They say "Imperial Express" on them, are full color, have a picture of a man and woman in a silhoette on a beach. The back is the same as the front and even the edges are full color.

They seem very professional to me, but I have looked and looked and can't find anything like them or any casino anywhere named Imperial Express.
