Where we're busy correcting their word usage we may miss the point they're trying to make, so don't go there!
Seriously trying to help though:
Contractions have the apostrophe in them... short for two different words "we're" we are or we were; "they're" they are, or they were.
"There" denotes a place. "Their" says something belongs to them.
And remember, "i before e, except after c, and except if it's theirs".
Also, be careful with "it"; it's means "it is", whereas "its" means something belongs to it.
