You made the statment, but you didn;t back it up with any reasoning. Why MUST the board members attend the non national convention type shows?

And, are you impying that the reason they attend the National show is that they get free rooms, and they don;t go to other shows because they don;t get free rooms?

Could it be that there is no BOD meetings at the little shows shows you mentioned and they are not shows that have anything to do with the Club?

I'm trying to get some understanding of what you are trying to say about this.
