I think the Southland address was most likely a drop-off location and the chips spread out from there. It has been difficult to place certain chips with Ft Worth clubs, however, during restoration of the Top of the Hill last year, there was a "FB" chip discovered in the building and a matchbook for the club with the owner's name of Fred Browning. I was contacted by one of the researchers on the project and sent them a different color FB chip for use in their museum.
