Glenn, you are missing the point entirely. The seller plainly stated in his auction $2.25 postage and shipping. I was fine with that. When I received the package it came with 13 cents postage due. Should I have to pay more for an item then what was stated in the auction listing?

I am happy with the price I paid for the item and the item. I am happy to pay $2.25 postage. But, I am not happy to have to pay an additional 13 cents because the seller sends the package with insufficient postage.
