When one bids on an item, they should take into account the shipping handling and other STATED charges an eBayer seller charges. One bids accordingly. Why leave negative feedback when you already know upfront what one will charge. Some sellers lower the reserve and or opening bid and up the shipping charges to avoid a portion of the eBay listing and final sales fees.

If you don't like what a seller charges, don't bid.
