I was the high bidder on an auction for two casino chips and when the package arrived it came with 13 cents postage due. So I e-mailed the seller the following:

“Dear Seller, I received the two chips in today's mail with $.13 postage due. I can not believe you charge $2.25 shipping and can not put the proper amount of postage on the package. Not a very good business practice. Fred”

This was the seller’s response:

“dear fred,
i obviously didn't do this on purpose. THe chips you acquired were vastly underpriced, and I frankly don't see why you would take the time to complain about 13 cents”

Granted, I got a good price on the chips but this is the nature of an auction. Sometimes you get a good deal and regardless of the price this should have nothing to do with the shipping of the merchandise.

Does this seller deserve negative feedback (he has already left positive feedback) or am I making too much of an issue over 13 cents? This appears to be a new seller with only 6 positive feedbacks. Any thoughts?
