I guess it would depend on are upscale the place was. The Casino de Puerto Rico appears from a post card to be a very upscale place (at least it appeared that way in the 1920s).

If not Casino de Puerto Rico, then what upscale possibilities were there in the 1920 that fit the letters CPR. I assume PR stands for Puerto Rico.
