I recently had to have a new mother board put in and new power pac. My printer is working but my scanner is not. All plugs are in and everything is hook up as it should be, however, when I put something in my scanner and press the button on the front of it to scan I get a prompt on the screen that says, "You may have a scanner connected to your PC but HP Precision Scan LT was unable to locate it".
Any idea what this means and how to solve my problem. I will need step by step instructions on this one. Not very computer literate. THANKS
