Gotta agree with Pete, $25 per year is terrible for what you get. You can register and renew domains anywhere from 6-9 dollars at various places. (for instance GoDaddy)

Now, if they offered more features on the hosting included it may be an ok deal. (No CGI, Front Page extensions, PHP etc though).

There's good hosting options out there with the usual loaded features/storage/BW etc for $10/year.
