That particular "settings" box was about the only place I hadn't looked. It was set at "Every visit". Changing it to "Automatic" cured that problem, thanks!

Now I need to find a cooling pad that is more than just a couple little fans blowing air at the bottom of the machine. I need something that has refrigeration!
