Bob, if you are talking about the three chips posted earlier, I would say USPC for sure. If you mean in the red monograms photo below, I would think the chips inside the blue line are USPC. The others I don't really know. I'm not sure who actually made the small key chips. In the back of Dale Seymours poker chip book there are several old chip manufacterers ads. It looks like a lot of companies made similar styles of inlaid and monogram chips.
