The notation should only appear in 'thumbnail' view.
The changes I made could mean it is only now viewable through versions 5 to 8.
If thats the case Im sorry, but it is a necessity to make it compatible with latest software versions. The software that creates the PDF files no longer supports versions of Adobe more than 8 years old.
If you go to Adobe's website Im pretty sure you can still download the lastest win98 version which is probably v6.
