Being new to this hobby, it has been made clear through several FAQs and other informational sites, that I need to buy The Chip Rack and a few other publications. I recently recieved a Borders Gift Card and decided this would be how I obtained my copy. I found one copy on Borders.com, a signed, used 8th edition version of the book. Price? $300.15!!!! Oh well guess I will have to wait just a bit longer.
