Before my computer went down in work (my boss is too cheap to have it fixed) he would get negative feedbacks because he didn't get back to the buyer fast enough with an invoice. Then some would pay when they got around to it. He has gotten alot who bid on an item and then when he contacted them didn't want to pay for it (so why bid on the item then).

Most sells I have run into lately on ebay have been pretty good, except for the other nite a shill bidder who out bid me for a chip. Don't you know the next day I got an email from the seller saying he had 4 of the chips I was bidding on.

Now wait a minute if there were 4 chips in the gift box you got and you sold one on ebay to a beaverdam1, wouldn't you have 3 left?

If you got 2 accounts can you bid against each other on ebay?
