The pine tree is a symbol used alot in Lebanon, and I have seen it on some jetons and a small plaque attributed to Casino Liban in Beirut in the past. Here is a link to an auction for one.

Note that the seller says that the rough spots are part of the manufacturing process. Actually, they are a good sign that the jeton is falling apart/rotting. I had a small plaque that did the same thing a few months back......
