"Do Spragg, Trimble, and the CCGTCC Now have right to all American Casino History?"
I have no desire to get sued over some CCGTCC rule abridging their authority to tell it all.
I just mess around with it because I have some interest in it. If this now requires all of us that have chip sites, ashtray sites, history sites to take them down because of the CCGTCC, well, so be it. COMING DOWN..I am a poor person and can't afford and be sued and fight over a website.
I will continue to do what I do until I get a Certified Letter from the Club telling me to cease and desist. At that time I will take down my site.
I think it is a sad occurence when you have three people and a BOD of a Club decide that they are the God's of America's Gaming History. I thank them for their efforts but there are others that have much to offer.
My site is a piddling effort and it moves slow. However, I am damn proud of my contributors list. I thank all that have contributed to make it what it is. I have pictures on there that you will take years to find but of course you will if you get up every day and look thru 1000's of pictures.
The printed text histories of all these obscure joints will follow but of course you probably have all that, don't you?
Phone is ringiong...
