In my opinion there are too many entities (cities, corporate sponsors, etc.) who wish to maintain the status quo. As for the futures of these players/students, I fear that only a small percentage will be signed by an NFL team. Probably most of those degrees in "Underwater Basket Weaving" and Communications will be of little value.
