The oversight of gaming for these places as far as to the chips is very lack to say the least. A couple of years ago, they did specify specific colors both for the chips and the inserts, but these appear to be more "guide lines" then requirements as several new racks that I have picked up since this was put into place have NOT met with the current requirements, and there was nothing to state that older racks needed to be replaced. Before that, almost anything went as far as colors is concerned.

There also is no review board for prior approval before a chip hits the tables.
