He's too afraid of leaving some money on the table. IMHO if he's not going to auction the set, he just needs to bite the bullet and set a price. (at somewhere WAY below $220 per chip) Otherwise, he'll end up coming back to this board again and again putting out feelers for what its worth and never actually finding a buyer.
