There are basic tenets of law that every lawyer must know. There are specifics that I could easily look up if I were working for a client. I know that wagering the money would be a violation of the fiduciary responsibly that the officers have, now whether there are specific requirements (or additional prohibitions), I have never researched as it is not my specific area of practice.
