Patrick; Most of the club officers do not respond to club related questions posed on thechipboard. I too would suggest that you address your question to Club Treasurer Quinlivan at www.ccgtcc.com message board.
I do know for fact that the monies in the Building Fund are in a separate account and are not part of the day to day operation of the club.
You might want to also look at this on-line Treasurer's financial statement before making your post ...
