None of them have been played on any table, nor do we know that one has ever been cashed in, so does it still qualify as a "Casino Chip" or is it a Fantasy or NCV Chip? But we DO know there were ALOT of them made."

I got mine off a table game! There have been several in play. I know of at least three that came off of the tables.
