All it takes is one benefactor to speed up the process ... one with deep pockets (private or corporate) who would be interested in a legitimate tax write-off donation to our non-profit tax-exempt organization.

I'll side with the positive dreamers who are attempting to make it happen than with the negative "the sky is falling" camp.
