NEW A C CLUB OFFICERS

Jack Heiman and Bob Touts have both decided to step down as A C Club officers for personal reasons. Both men will continue to be Club members and will help out with future Club activities.

I would like to thank both Jack and Bob for their service as Club Officer over the last two years.

Effective immediately, I am appointing John Chopek as Club Vice President and Lin Weisenstein as Secretary to fill out the term of office of Jack and Bob until May 2007 when new Club officers will be installed for a full two year term.

Nominations for ALL Club Officers for the term of office from MAY 2007 to MAY 2009 will be held on January 28, 2007 at the Club's regular meeting.

Any qualified member who is properly nominated may run for any of the five Club Officer's positions - President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Membership Officer.

Allan McCurdy, Charlie Kaplan and I would like to welcome John and Lin as members of the A C Club Board of Directors. We look forward to working with John and Lin during the next 5 months.

Jack and Bob have also expressed their support for the newly appointed officers.

I will keep you informed of any other developments concerning the Club nominations of officers.

I look forward to seeing all of you at the January 28, 2007 meeting.
