OK - what exactly is your problem?

You dont accept the fact that Dean bought chips from Carl Osborne and then tried to sell them to me as the real thing. It was at Jim Munding's Reno show in September 2005. Gene Trimble was with me and had to help me persuade you to remember the truth.

A bit of history for those who missed it.
My article on Carl Osborne's counterfeit chips cited Dean's name as having purchased chips from Carl, at the 1st Bellflower show.
Had Jodi and/or Dean bothered to read and understand it they would have seen I was referring to a couple of specific chips only.
However, it was interpreted by them as being "the whole lot".

First it was denied they even knew of Carl Osborne, let alone bought any chips. Later it was just the quantity that was under dispute.
My article was based on interviews with a number of people, a couple of which were there on the day in question, and witnessed the chips in question changing hands. I spoke to those same people again last month, and they confirmed the story.
Then Dean files a complaint against me with Mike Skelton for the article. I decide that as the misinterpreted comment really adds no value to the article, and the 'witnesses' would not be prepared to 'stand up and be counted', I amend the text accordingly.
I email Dean back explaining I have done so and apologising if anything from anyone had been misquoted. I hear no more on the subject.

Now that article was first published 18 months ago, under the 'banner' (as are all my online articles) that it is a continual 'work in progress' subject to change if new facts come to light. Most people who have been involved in the articles have the decency to contact me politely and discuss. You did not. In fact, you cc'd your first email on the subject to the Club President. IMO that rivals prospective BoD members sending registered letters to fantasy chip sellers

After all this happened you then displayed a "Jeckyl & Hyde" character on this board where you would go from commending people with any ideas how to 'educate', 'police' ebay auctions and fantasy chip sellers, to having a hissy fit at anyone who already donates time to these causes disagreeing with what you say. You also show a clear inability to read posts through to the end and follow the order of posts in a thread.

During this period you made several posts about information on the clubs 'fakes page' or pages linked from it being inaccurate.
Despite several responses from me you failed to grasp the fact that I ONLY MAINTAIN that information, it is provided by anyone that wishes to contribute, it is NOT written by me, and if you have a problem with anything there then you use the 'contact me' link to email me and discuss it. Everyone else seems to manage without a problem.

Then finally, yesterday, when Gene posts the new website, you have the cheek to question the authenticity of the data. As Gene said earlier, you never even read anything on the website.
And for your information, YES I wrote that website AND prepared about 70% of the information in it single handedly.

All these resources are 'Club' resources.
They are not part of my website, they are merely 'sub-domains' because I host them. The only reason for this is because it doesnt cost me anything so it doesnt cost the club anything.
Therefore, despite what you maintained in a very recent post, everytime you make any negative comment in a thread on these subjects, you are 'knocking the club' and all the contributors to it.

Re-read your recent posts and then contrast them with this one.
