Hi John, The story gets even more interestinger....
I've got the two unique chips that John has pictured as well as the 5 pence, 25 pence and 50 pence, all five were made by Burt / Huxley. Four of the five are scroll mold, the last one is the acrylic blue 5 pence.
The strange thing about them is that the three smaller denominations read PLAYBOY VIC... and the two larger read PLAYBOY'S VIC... like you noticed. The only explanation that I can come up with is that they were different issues in time, which sounds good but considering that the casino belonged to Playboy for about a year, not exactly plausable.
