No idea if Mayfair Maritime ever ran the QE2 games.
Im guessing LCI ran it from around 1990.

LCI ran casinos on a couple ships from Harwich to Hook of Holland and Copenhagen also. I seem to think they were sterling though.

I have no clue who operates casinos on our 'long haul' ships now.
