It doesn't bother me much. As others have posted here many times:
1. just add the shipping to your bid and decide if the chip is worth it.
2. it isn't "right" for a seller to sell a chip for $1 or $2, charge actual postage costs, pay all the eBay and PayPal fees, spend all that time to list the auction and process the sale and mail the damn thing, and end up with nothing -- forgetting what the chip cost him.
3. if you win a lot of his auctions at the same time, he will invariably merge the shipping charge for the whole package.
