handled here. It isn't a "Code of Ethics" violation...just really poor planning. Tracy should have never committed to an amount of chips that he didn't have in hand, plain & simple. And if he couldn't get the amount(s) requested, he should have never cashed the checks without first informing everyone of his dilemna. He tried, but just couldn't please everyone. JMO Steve B
