I don't know anything about the extra stamp chip, but one of the biggest Caribbean chip collectors found some of those on the island about 2 years ago and traded me one. I don't know if any were known prior to that so it is a fairly new find for being such an old chip. As you stated, Pollack does NOT have it in his book and neither does Ginsburg.
