Rich, I'm in Beaufort, on the southern coast, about halfway between Charleston and Savannah, 4 1/2 hours from Wilmington. Lots of movies were filmed here, including "The Big Chill" "The Prince of Tides," "The Great Santini" and "Forrest Gump." The house in the picture is a private residence and was used in both "The Big Chill" and "The Great Santini." The long-time locals still complain about what a pain Streisand was during the filming of "The Prince of Tides."

It's a very pretty area, but as far as I can tell, no chippers in the immediate vicinity.
