This board has a feature that lets me set up a "Naughty Word" list. Before a message is posted, it is checked against this list, and if any of the words are present, it won't let you post the message.

I've used this for bad words ever since I first set the board up.

In the last few months, spambots have been loading the boards up with spam. We have started looking in these spams for a unique word or two that when added to the naughty word list, will prevent these spam messages from ever hitting the board.

This has worked extremely well, but the rub is that at least once or twice a day I get an email from someone wanting to know why their post was rejected for a naughty word when it didn't have one it it.

Since this list changes from time to time, I have fixed it where you can view the list yourself to see what word is causing you the problem. Each board has a differnt list of words and you can find them here:
