It's been white-out here all day, still is, sustained winds of 38, gusting to 55. I tried to run a few errands at noon. Blasted through a 2-foot drift behind the garage door, but like you Larry, my driveway is long, about 200 feet. I got about 20 feet from the street, thought about blasting my way through the 3-foot drift there, and decided against it. ....not because I didn't think I couldn't make it through the drift, but I didn't think I could make it back in. No ATV or Power Wagon here, my only ride is an Isuzu Impulse, a small FWD sportscar. ...the hatchback area is big enough to carry a full-size snow shovel, and guess what, there's one there between September and May!
