I had to refrain from getting involved in the posts that responded to Jim Folis' posts on fake chips for the obvious reason that I am the Club Ethics Director and might have to become involved in fake chip disputes(and did have to get involved on several occasions). One of my concerns has been that although when a chip is created that is a facsimili chip and sold to another knowledgeable buyer there is no danger of fraud, when that chip is passed on the second owner may believe it is a real casino chip. I have spent many hours on eBay going over proposed sales of "casino" chips which in fact were fascimilies. Thus, I support your efforts to provide pages showing these fascimili (and fake) chips. I do not support action that would prevent club members from trading, selling or buying these chips provided there is a clear statement that they were not or are not from a casino or club.
