Because Word Perfect is not a Microsoft product, it must be an issue with Microsoft Office. What version are you using? Either way, I'd run a full virus scan just in case. Also, check to see if you have the latest Windows and Office patches installed. If that doesn't work, the only thing I can think of is to re-install Office.
