That's what it looks like to me. The auction description said "Token is in Extra Fine condition - GDC mint" and the auction title was "[1995] Hard Rock-L.V.Nv.-$1.00 Token-XXF".

I don't want to make a big deal out of this, just point out that you don't always get what you pay for with some sellers.
