You're probably absolutely correct Chuck. Space IS a prime consideration ... not only for just the ballroom bourse area for ample dealer tables set up ..., but for other meetings and activities as well.

Just a hunch, but I'm pretty sure that PRESIDENT SKELTON (and several others over the years) have looked at alternative properties around town that were suitable for hosting the CC & GTCC Convention and came to the conclusion that 4Q did not meet the club's requirements.
