Sorry to read of your (and other's) unsatisfactory Riviera experiences. I guess it's like buying a car. Some get good ones, some get lemons. I've been very happy at the Riviera. I guess maybe even lucky?

Those who have expressed less than satisfactory accomodations at Riv ... did you book your room through the club's promo code? Reason I ask is that I'm under the impression that the club's block of rooms was located in the newer tower.
