I did stay at the Riv the first two years but did not stay last year, I stayed around the corner at the Marriott Suites. I had two sub-standard rooms and did talk to the manager. I had trouble with the air conditioning, the overall condition of the bathroom, and the concierge service. The answer was that those were the rooms, so I decided not to return.
