all 4 rooms are almost the same style ( raised ceiling 2 or more feet plus the cut arch ways - along with the reg. doorways ( better air circulation)- New furnace & cent. Air also- I havent added up my cost ( don't know if I want to) - but I saved a strong 30 grand - But It was Nasty (
