Comparing each candidate's commitment to the , Wayne has served and completed numerous years of service in many important positions. Joe couldn't (or wouldn't) make it through his volunteer commitment last year because he wanted to attend the business meeting. I commend Mr. Pavlik for his desire to better understand the Club's business, but with a little forethought & planning, Mr. Pavlik probably could have either re-scheduled his volunteer term or even swapped it for another time...in my eyes, that didn't show a real level of commitment.
