Does anyone know anything about the use of this particular chip?

It's from San Jose, Costa Rica. "Acumulato" translates from spanish to "Accumulate". I don't know if this is some sort of NCV chip, or maybe a junket chip, or my first instinct which is a roulette chip.

Anyone ever seen this one before?
