I do hope that your claim is resolved through Safe Harbor Jodi. I don't know how many misrepresentations by Ebay sellers that I've submitted to Safe Harbor over the years. I do know however, that not ONE such referral has ever generated a follow-up report from Safe Harbor about what the disposition of my complaint was or the findings of their "investigation".
