After seeing a Jackpot casino $1 chip being offer for sale by Len Cipkins, I noticed (what I thought) was a smudge or worn spot on the inlay. I have the same chip with the same condition. Len's description said the chip was cancelled. Can some one tell me how this cancellation was done? It almost looks like paint.
