Your points are indeed valid and yes, ebay is a haven for crooks. If I bought an item that was described improperly, I'd be ticked off as well. BUT here we have a chip that is under-described, not specifically stated to be real or fake. Many other sellers of fantasy chips lie outright and that's how they make their livings- buying them at 79 cents apiece from the GGS and then putting them up on ebay as "chips from closed casinos." That constitutes fraud.
Josh also lists contact information: "To pay by phone or if you have any questions call us at..."
The fraudulent sellers tend to not list contact information in their auction listings.
